When we think of minimalism, people often have dramatic visions of a person living in a near empty apartment with the bare necessities, but the concept can apply to other aspects of our lives than just the physical.
Start by simply making the things that you spend your time with of a higher quality. Do you use Social media quite a bit? Take a scroll through who/what you’re following. Do these match up with what your goals are? To reduce stress? To become more comfortable with yourself? Grow a business? Do you have the same mentality and perspective that you did 1.. 2.. 5 years ago when you decided to follow that instagram model? When you joined that toxic Reddit community? Do a clean up. Unfollow what isn’t serving you anymore and you’ll find that the time you do spend on social media is much better spent.
